Returns and Refunds:
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, or if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you.
Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of our iris art products, returns or refunds cannot be provided for any other reason. Each piece is made-to-order just for you based on your provided iris photo.
Revisions:
We are committed to ensuring you love your Iris Blink® artwork. That's why we offer unlimited free revisions on your order until you are completely satisfied with the final piece.
Process:
To initiate a replacement request covered under this policy, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@irisblink.com. Include your order number, photos clearly showing any damage, and a description of the issue.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will promptly ship a replacement at our expense. Return shipping costs for invalid claims will be the responsibility of the customer.
