Refund policy

At Iris Blink®, we take great pride in creating personalized, one-of-a-kind iris artwork for our customers. However, we understand that in rare cases, there may be issues with your order.

EU Right of Withdrawal — Important Notice for EU Customers Our iris artwork is made to order and personalised to your individual specifications (based on your unique iris photo). Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As each piece is uniquely created for you, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once placed. This exemption applies to all orders placed by customers in the European Union.

Returns and Refunds: If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, or if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of our iris art products, returns or refunds cannot be provided for any other reason. Each piece is made-to-order just for you based on your provided iris photo.

Revisions: We are committed to ensuring you love your Iris Blink® artwork. That's why we offer unlimited free revisions on your order until you are completely satisfied with the final piece.

Process: To initiate a replacement request covered under this policy, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@irisblink.com. Include your order number, photos clearly showing any damage, and a description of the issue.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will promptly ship a replacement at our expense. Return shipping costs for invalid claims will be the responsibility of the customer.
